Q: How long do I have to wait to receive my email reading?
Readings are performed in the order in which they are received. Clients can usual
depend on receiving their reading within 24 hours of submission but please allow up
to 72 hours. All upcoming events, holidays, vacations, will be posted on the home
page of this website so you will know when you can expect delays of receipt.
Q: What if I feel like the reading didn't connect with me at all? I'm unsatisfied
with my reading. What is the refund policy?
Should for any reason you feel that your reading was unsatisfactory and Susie was
unable to connect with you, you are entitled to a full refund from purchases made
from this website. This is extremely rare, and has yet to have happened but should
there be a case where it does happen you receive your money back. Our services
are 100% Risk FREE! Susie is here to help.
Q: What if I have additional questions regarding the same subject?
Unfortunately due to the high volume of email readings received daily additional
questions will have to be done as a separate reading. The only exception to this is
follow up and clarification. The difference is that if there is something in your reading
that you do not understand or is not clear to you, you deserve to have that clarified
free of charge. If the reading brings about additional questions you will have to
purchase an additional reading to cover the extra questions.
Q: I purchased my reading days ago and haven't heard back from Susie. Do I
get a refund?
There is no reason why you should not have received your reading in a prompt
manner if there is no notice posted for delays on specific dates. Please ensure you
check your spam mail as often readings will go into this folder automatically. If you
have checked and still unable to locate your reading, please contact Susie to ensure
that the reading has been completed, along with your paypal receipt or receipt
number. Refunds will ONLY be given to those who were neglected.

It is requested that you submit your gender, date of birth, (photo optional), and
whatever information that you want to share about yourself & situation is more than
enough.
